Delete Your Data

You can delete your Studio Did It account and the personal data connected to it at any time, right from your account.

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in to your Studio Did It account.
  2. Go to your Account page.
  3. Find Delete account, then confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

What gets deleted

When we process your request, we remove the personal data connected to your account, including:

  • Your profile and sign-in details.
  • Your quiz results and saved style.
  • Your conversations with Archie.
  • Photos you uploaded and the images generated from them.
  • Items you saved.

How long it takes

Deletion happens immediately when you confirm. We may keep a limited amount of information where the law requires us to, such as records needed for tax or fraud prevention. Everything else is permanently removed.
